Yeah, starting with the mature owner that managed to 'TILT' his transmission with a poorly executed launch. LMFAO...

I expect your next thread to read:

My transmission is making a grinding noise, is this normal?

Of course it was a joke. It's also an observation of the sequence of threads that normally follow posts like these.

My favorite sequence:

'how do I do a burnout?'

followed by

'my clutch smells like charred a$s - did I do something wrong?'

This one could follow that theme easily. LOL..

back on topic:

when you do something unnatural to the car, or unnatural to the way the car is set up, something will go wrong. So, when you have your brakes engaged on an AT, yet you are in "D" and on the gas, the car says to itself, "hey, wtf am I trying to go forward with my brakes engaged?"

If you take Mr. Car's point of view on things, you may begin to see more clearly as to why Mr. Car won't like you basically pulling on his hair from behind, and fisting him.

Brake torquing isnt necessary unless you are tracking your car... please read the risks of brake torquing before making it a habit...

I would tell my car to stop talking to itself and watch the road.

brake-torquing to 3k is a bit too much for the stock torque converter anyways..
keep it around 1.5k ~ 2k if you really want to brake-torque at every light
lol

or you should really take it to the dealer

I like that one, plus this one:

"will 20's fit ok on the coupe?"

followed by

"I just put 20 inch chrome giavanna's on my G and now it feels way slower, how come?"
