I am going a different route with my turbo kit so i am going to sell the short block i have been working on.

Right now the block is naked. I want to be able to put the proper pistons in it for someone if they want a high compression motor.

I can put pictures up, but they are just of the block so its nothing special. Pistons will be ordered depending on which compression is desired. If you need timing components (chains, guides, tensioners) i can provide those as well for a substantial discount versus going to your dealer.

Short block:
ARP main studs
Eagle Rods
Wiseco Pistons 8 : 8 : 1 or 11 : 0 : 1
ACL main and rod bearings
Block disassembled, cleaned, machined to pistons, and balanced

I will need your core as well.

are you set on this price? Im interested, but wouldnt want to spend this much. A few of the vendors have the shortblocks right now for $2600.

Who is doing the machine work/assembly of the block? And my last question, is can you ship it to 68134?

 

I am doing the assembly and a shop called bad iron is doing the machining and balancing. I haven't seen a short block for sale that has all the parts i listed for 2600. Possibly rods, pistons and maybe bolts, but i haven't seen rods, pistons, bolts, and bearings assembled and shipped for 2600...?
