CEL after installing plenum spacer

I got a CEL after installing a 5/16 copper iso themal plenum spacer. I didn't do the gas pedal reset after installing it. I decided to pass by the dealer to get it checked out. Turns out that it's the throtle position sensor that set the light off. They "cleared" the light but I assume that is not a reset.

Just wondering if others had the same throtle sensor issue or another issue after installing the spacer.

Thanks in advance...

Yes I did since I did not disconnect the battery negative terminal before starting the job. I gave it the overnight disconnect and everything was fine.

you only get that if you mess with the throttle body plate during the install

I did disconnect the battery and I didn't mess with the plate. I tried doin the ecu reset procedure but my timing must have been off. I'll try the overnight battery disconnect.
