Reflash ECU after header install?

I never did any tuning or reflashing after installing crawfords on my 04, but was wondering if it is beneficial or necessary. I installed some alphawerks on my 05 recently and want to make sure Im squeezing every ounce of power out of them. Thanks!

I've got similar airflow mods (MREV+, headers & cats) and feel like I could use the reflash now.
