Does ur G make a "click" sound when u back in reverse

I have a 05. I am noticing when I shift to reverse, I hear this " click " sound. Pretty loud. I am not sure if it is coming from the transmission or from the exhaust. It didn't make this noise when I first bought the car. Anyone else having this issue? Don't have a chance to have the dealer check it out yet.

Thanks.

Is your car stock?
It could be lots of things. Many people on the forum hear many noises.
When you have time take it to the dealer and show them.

Its more than likely a click from your axles. Pretty much ALL G's do it. When you get a chance take it to a dealer. Theres a TSB for it

Strange is i just got mine back from the dealer for a recall and fluids and now I get the same click when I put it in reverse. I noticed it right away. It happens 60% of the time???? I thought it sounded a bit strange, but thought nothing of it. I'm pretty sure it's something the dealership did to my car.
this is what got done...
fuel lines (recall)
engine, trans, and diff flush
new belts
brake inspection

Now I get the same click. Could it be the diff? Hope this helps and our clicks goes away.

My car is at the dealership for that same thing now. They said that they lubed it up and tightented some things and that it should be taken care of.

Nothing is loose, so no worries if you dont get it fixed. Besides the noise that is. We remove the axles and lubed the plate that sits against the hub. Thats about it. You can get away with just loosening the main nut and retightening it though. Thats what we did before the ITB came out

No noise from mine. Check your wheel well, you might have "picked up" the neighbor's cat
