I'll be getting a full Megan Racing BBK in the next couple months. For the blower, i'd go with the vortech if you want more power, stillen if you want to keep alot of low end grunt without the high hp numbers.

I would look into Racing Brake and Wilwood for lower price brakes.
As for the Centrifugal vs Roots blower you need to do some research first and find out what kind of kit you want. The two are way different in many ways. Search for Stillen and Vortech in the same thread. I have posted my $0.02 in quite a few of them as have most of us.
The Stillen is a lot of power with instant boost but dies out at the top. It has tons of power down low and up to ~5000-5500rpm then acts more like a N/A car after that. The Vortech is like a N/A car up until 3500-4000rpm and then takes off like a rocket. If you do a lot of city (low rpm) driving the Stillen is my choice, if you do more highway (high rpm) driving the vortech is a better choice. The Stillen and Vortech have about the same average power if you consider the entire powerband; it's just where it comes in at.

I do not track my car. It's for street driving on a daily basis. But I like good brakes, wheels/tires, and suspension. If I tracked my car, I'd opt for slotted brake rotors, instead of what's mentioned below:
I have a Stillen/AP Racing 2-pc BBK, for both front and rear. I have slotted and cross-drilled 14.25" front rotors with 6-pot calipers. Slotted and cross-drilled 13" rotors with 4-pot calipers are installed out back. The calipers are painted black, for stealth, but those platters attract attention anytime I'm in a shop for routine maintenance or whatever. I also have Goodrich SS brake lines, front and rear.
I've never driven a car that could stop so effortlessly. Pedal modulation is a snap, so control is very precise. My car stops on a dime. I believe I'd have trouble preventing my forehead from contacting the steering wheel under hard braking, were it not for my stock 3-pt seatbelt holding me in-place. ABS still works, of course, but I rarely feel it intervene. My tires are very grippy.
That said, these brakes are dusty/dirty. I could clean my wheels everyday, I think. They also squeeeeeeeeeeeeak occasionally, especially when they've had a chance to warm up.
I've had the set-up for over two years, and I don't see any significant signs of wear. No tracking/repeated hard braking means no cracked rotors... yet. Sometimes they bug me with the dust and squeaks, but everytime an IDIOT pulls into my lane without signaling, pulls out into traffic without looking, or the yellow traffic signal lasts only 1 micro-second before turning red, I am very glad I have this kit on my car.

Any BBK upgrade over stock is going to feel much better, hell, even just upgrading your pads and stainless steel lines will feel better. I think a BBK is going to be overkill for you as you will not be pushing the car to the limits of a need for a BBK. Rotors, pads, lines and fluid wouldve been fine but if you went the BBK route for the bling factor then I cant argue with that. No doubt AP Racing is a high quality kit but I think way over priced for what it is. THe kits dont even include stainless steel lines and the rear kit costs $1K more to have a 2 piece rotor! My personal opinion Id go with STOPTECH for the best bang for the buck, its track proven, they R&D evey kit for every application unlike a lot of other BBK's like Rotora, Wilwood, GREX, BREMBO GT, etc.
