Signs of leaky injector o-rings?

So I bought an 03 with around 27k on it. I've put about 10k on it. No complaints really. Finally got around to pulling off the engine cover and looking around. Noticed on the tops of the injectors (can only really see 1,2,and 3) there is build up on the tops of them, and it's creeped to the connectors as well. The only thing this could be is fuel. Wondering if I should take it to the dealer for a warranty repair. Injectors +O-Rings would be an ugly repair bill, I'm sure they're going to push back really hard on it. What say you?

it seems to me that it is leaking. the repair shouldnt be that much, all you gotta do is take of the fuel rail and injectors and just replace the o-rings. no need to replace the injectors
