charged the battery and car wont start

while in the spray shop my car was low on the battery so the guys boosted the battery while connected to the car.now the car wont start it turns over but wont catch.the worrying thing is the fans start running.im wondering if the ecu is damaged .has anyone else expierienced anything like this.any help would be apreciated

check out the connection.. dump some baking soda and tini bit of water to repel rust. If it's bad, it may be your alternator.

Have the guys recheck all you grounds...When you get a repainted car they sometimes don't put the right bolts back on the grounding wires. Ground bolts have a special cut that dig into the paint as you tighten it so it will make a good connection. I've had many cars come to the dealership with check engine light or things not working after it comes back from the body shop...That's the first thing I go for...

starting problem

yes i checked the earths and there is no problem there.im wondering because my car is a nissan skyline imported from japan to england weather it is a bit different
