Kinetix plenum installed

hey just wanted to share my happiness
been waiting to get them all installed after got the kinetix plenum, THX TO AFitchTLS for the parts, i finally installed them yesterday, took me about 2 hours to do all the works ( im a complete idiot on this matter) luckily got buddies who helped me.
after i drove it for a short trip, I could the immidiate impact, much meaner sounds growling under the hood

*ps: here AFitchTLS, the new treads about my experience with kinetix plenum, thx again bro

Ur gonna get an annoying whistling noise soon... That's why i got rid of mine... But the gains are there...

lol man... stop forcing me to get the kuruma Z, im getting broke!!!!!!
coz the bumper doesnt look good with sides OEM, meaning i have to buy new sides
poor poor .....

lol You know you want it, it's already painted, and he's a great person to deal with too. You can just set it aside and wait til you do get sides then.

Either he installed it wrong or didn't tighten all the way, or he's talking about hearing all of the extra air being pushed through it along with the growl.

oh man, not that report, wooo wooo , lolol

anyway, you're welcome again... AND slackin on those pics, heh.

My friend hates that noise but i actually like it.

yahh.. the sound is definitely noticeable, even when i start the engine, the growl seems meaner, sick sound damn im broke!!!!
thinking of changing my exhaust next, but what do u guys suggest? i like something with very deep tone, stillen perhaps?

It's not the extra air being pushed into the plenum... the top of the plenum vibrates... Pop ur hood and u can notice it at idle by just putting ur hand on top of the the plenum... It gets louder while u drive... Thats why i sold my kintix and went with the MREV... Like i said the gains are there with both plenum mods...

kintex ssv is crap their dynos are lies and inflated you should read what they say about it on my350z.biggest waste of money

Looks cool though!

I've heard the SSV can work better on FI engines, but even minor tweaks on an FI would probably show even more gains than a plenum.
