Sparkplugs Questions

Hi everyone, my car is 90K miles and its time for me to change new spark plugs. I'm not sure what type of spark plugs should I change to. Any recommendation?

I just did mine at 75k. new plugs, coolant, tranny and rear diff fluids. also had to do the alternator and battery. car is running like a champ now! woohoo!
