not unless the dealer can prove that the problem you are trying to get fixed under warranty was directly caused by the grounding wires.

run a search, this issue has been discussed ad nauseum

GroundingGear™ is approved, sold and installed by several of the Import New Car dealerships. Other H-G kits should also be warranty safe as long as the proper grounding points are used.
