windshield washer pump not working

Can anyone tell me where the fuse for this is? If my pump is shot, does anyone know how easy/difficult it is to install a new one?

The fuse panel cover in the driver foot well has a list of what each fuse covers.

it's not there

I checked the fuses in the footwell and the ones next to the battery. None of them are labeled as the fuse for the winshield washer pump. I still checked every fuse, but none were open.
