Is this right?

I just received my new engine block and I was looking over and on the bottom of the cylinder there are these chips they are for the most part the same size but I just wanted to check to make sure this is ok.

Dude, I hate to break the news, but they owe you a block. They ****ed that **** up. It should not be chipped like that!!! You need a different type of machine for the VQ. It has to be one used for machine boats because the standard types aren't long enough. You bearings might be gone. I don't know who did this, but they don't know how to machine a VQ!!!
