Dumb question

When i drive, and am at a level light, i usually switch into neutral so i dont have to hold on the gas, or if some guy is on my *** ill roll back just a little and pull forward so he wont do it again, Anyways i know this is just laziness, but is shifting in and out of drive into neutral hurting the transmission in any way?? i dont see why it would and i never shift back intro drive with my rpms up....

Comments?

I don't think you got a problem there.

I sometimes even do it when my RPM are hight. I just rev the engine and switch back into D. Cant even feel it.

If you don't jerk the car or anything. You got nothing to worry about.
