**** i rolled with just a straight pipe in my civic hatch in place of a cat for years, and seriously no cop is gonna look under your car, they will just say you have a modified exhaust, and give you a fix it ticket or give you a warning

running no cat really isn't that big of a deal

having tint is illegal.....yet how many cars have it?

so are you a cop, a emmissions inspector or what. there is no way you are on this board and are upgrading your personal G. you have to have a different motive for being on this board. there is NO WAY it is not to gain knowledge or talk with other G35 owners about upgrading your G. I have never seen a post like yours, it's against the law, your making the air we breathe bad. did you forget you are on a board for people that are tuning thier cars and trying to get the most power out of them. this isn't a board were we are talking about how big trees are and how green the grass is. WE WANT THE MOST POWER OUT OF OUR CARS AS WE CAN GET. We didn't buy a car that gets 17 mpg because we care about the air and how green the earth is. sorry if i busted your bubble man.

is it really worth it for the resonated one? i mean what is the price difference and how does the resonated affect sound (vs. non-resonated)?

If you don't want to be too loud, go with resonated. The term resonated does just that, it resonates, or quiets the sound. It won't be quiet, just not as loud.
