You can always by an aftermarket EMU such as the Greddy Emanage Ultimate or UTEC. The key is you have to get them tuned.

Also just having an ECU/EMU is not going to get your 5at to have more gains. You should loook into some bolt on parts such as the Motordyne plenum spacer, an intake, exhaust, test pipes etc. Those will give you some decent gains that you will notice.

Look Here:

http://www.technosquareinc.com/350z.htm

There are many here, myself included, who have had this done. You need to remove you ECU, send it to them, Tell them your mods, and they reflash it for you. If you're in Southern California, they will do this for you. Forum member (Chebosto) is our man on forum, you may want to contact him.

The technosquare reflash has been proven reliable and good. Tons of reviews on it. Check out freshalloy's project Z when it was NA.

But to maximize bang for the buck... get some all the engine mods that you can put before reflashing.

The ECU will adjust to the modifications. There's no need to reset it.

The Technosquare reflash is great, but if you don't want to send off your ECU, you can by the Orisis package from AAM which allows you to reflash the ECU yourself via a laptop. You'll also get 3 different programs which you can swap between with the cruise control button. The package also includes OBDII software so that you can scan, log, and pull codes off the ECU.

For your trans to shift gears quicker in man mode you can get a valve body upgrade.

The ECU does not completely 100% adjust. It has hard coded numbers that it learned in there before that will not change unless it has a full reset. It will learn the short period learn (forget what it's called), but won't change the long term learn.

I never knew about that Orisis software, got a link?
