engine misfire code?

well today I got the p0300 random/misfire code on my g35 again. Code first came on about a week ago and I thought it was my fuel cap not on tightly so I tightened the cap but the cel did not go away so I went home and parked the car and later I checked it and the light went off I took the car out for a drive the same day and no light a couple days later I decided to take the car out for a drive after being parked in the garage for a week the light comes back on again.

After reserch I found that the main reason for the code is spark plugs, ignition, coil packs, or vacum leaks. Now my car only has 21000 miles on it so I really don't feel it the coil pack, I don't have a vacum leak, but could my spark plugs have gone that quick? also engine idles a little rough at idle but I don't feel any loss in power.

My mods so far are reflash, pulley, plenium spacer, Z tube and K/N drop box filter. just a guess but could my reflash ( done about two months ago ) cause my plugs to foul out that quick. I'm thinking about brining it to the dealer but if it's the plugs they will replace it with the same OEM plugs and I don't know if my warrenty covers plugs. anyway what plugs would one recommend NGK platnium or Iridium.

Thanks in advance.

I'll change my plugs anyway, but it's weird the check engine light is gone again. WTF
