Question Throttle body coolant bypass kit

Today I was looking for parts on eBay, when i came across this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/03-07...QQcmdZViewItem
It's CLAIMS 8HP, but I think that's BS, maybe 1-2HP, if any. It makes sense on now it works, and the Feedback is petty good. Tell me what you think about this.

Go to your local home depot and get the fitting, then get a hose at autozone. $5 worth of parts if even that.

8hp at the wheels, hahahahhahahaha...

This is the same concept as the "Coolant Control Valve" that comes in the Motordyne Iso Thermal kit http://www.motordyneengineering.com/G35.htm I have it and like it. If you really want to DIY, you can do as slobo suggested and go to a hardware store and get the parts for a few bucks.
