Question on OEM Infiniti radiator cap and aftermarket cap

I was planning on purchasing the HKS aftermarket radiator cap for my non-FI G35.

However, I read this on the forum and got worried:

I found this on the net:
NISSAN OE Caps are rated at 0.9kg/cm (12.6lbs) and 1.2kg/cm (16.8lbs) for turbo vehicles.

Aftermarket caps are all rated 1.3kg/cm.

This is the ebay ad:

The HKS D1 Limited Edition Radiator Cap functions to increase the pressure inside the radiator allowing the coolant's boiling point to increase. Improves overall cooling performance and boiling can be avoided. This rare piece is a limited edition item and is only available while supplies last! Get yours today! A great item that truly works. Made by HKS Japan.

So is it safe to say I should stick with the OEM cap? BTW - The oem cap has a sticker on it. Can I safely remove this sticker because I want to paint the cap gold to match my strut bar, oil filler cap and engine cover logo all are gold.
