problem with heater

HI all, I have a 2004 G35 sedan. I have a problem with my heater. When it is on and I stop the car, it starts to blow cold air out after about 30 seconds of being stopped. When the car is moving the heat is fine.
This happens in auto or manual mode and it happens every time I stop.
I have brought it to the dealer several times. Sometimes they tell me it is operating normally, sometimes (if I bitch) they tell me there is air in the lines and they blew it out.
The last time they told me it is supposed to do this.... BS!
has anyone else had this problem? If so, what fixed it?
Thanks

It is air in the coolant system - follow the FSM step by step to get rid of the air. Bottom line is you have to open the rear air drain plug and rev the engine and watch the air bubbles and coolant spew out.
