Plenum Install- no cruise control now

I installed a kinetix V+ plenum and for some reason the cruise control light will turn on, but I can't set it. That suggests to me that it's not a fuse blown, but somewhere along the install a connector was left unconnected. I don't have a service manual, and have yet to find an plug unconnected, so I was hoping someone could point me the right direction of where to look or offer another explaination. Thanks!

I thought our cruise control was electronic, not vaccum operated?

Yeah the throttle body looks electronic so I don't see why cruise control would be vacuum operated, hence my suspicion of an unplugged connector. Anyone have a link to a service manual somewhere or know which connectors control cruise? Thanks

the vacuum line can cause the car not to idle correctly confusing the car into thinking the throttle is moving up and down
