Oil Pressure / Water Temp Sensors

I want to connect oil pressure sensor, but i already have sandwitch adapter on for my oil cooler, where else can i connect it?

can i remove the stock oil pressure sensor and connect the aftermarket one instead?

i am also thinking of buying water temp gauge, i already have oil temp/pressure + fuel pressure + A/F ratio gauge, is the stock one really bad (am running FI), and if i need it where do i connect the sensor?

I'm happy with the stock water temperature gauge; it seems to be quite capable of telling you when you are running hot. Mine goes straight to 3 o'clock after five minutes of driving and always stays right there. One time after I did a coolant change I saw it creep up to 2 o'clock. That was enough to let me know that I had left an air bubble in there. I added coolant and it went right back down. That's the only time I have seen it above 3 o'clock in the 5 years I've had the car. It won't give you the actual temperature, but it will get the job done.

Anyone know what the 3 o'clock position on the factory gague is in real time temp? or should I ask what range of temp is considered "normal" in the 3 o'clock position.
