New Radiator option from Stillen?
New Radiator option from Stillen?
Just got in a new catalog and it looks like Stillen is making a drop in 2 row all aluminum radiator for the G coupe and sedan. The catalog says it is 1" thicker than OEM. Can't find it on their website though, and can't get through to talk to anyone about pricing. Anyone know anything about it or have it?
Edit- Lol today is their Stillen day isn't it....thats probably why I can't get a phone call answered. haha. Anyone happen to see this that went? Have any info on it?

I just got to talk to someone at Stillen...and this radiator for the G35 coupe needs no modifications for install, all aluminum, 1" thicker than stock radiator, and priced similarly to a koyo radiator. Might be something I pick up.
Thicker rads may only drop coolant a few degrees whereas increasing coolant volume by 3 quarts [to = MB/BMW] can drop temps by 4-6F even 8F.
Either way not significant unless you drive in a manner where it exceeds 200F and ecu starts retarding ignition advance.
Measure input vs ouput temperature to gauge efficiency.
