between H and L

Woke up this morning and checked the oil in my 06 6MT. It's been about 2000 miles since the last oil change and the dipstick is reading halfway between the H and the L. I'm assuming this means it is about a half quart low... is this anything to worry about or should I just top it off and keep an eye on it?

Thanks for the help!

Sounds similar to the amt my car was burning during oil consumption tests. According to the dealer that was acceptable. Check out the chart in the TSB:

So essentially there is nothing they will do when burning this amount... Do most of the 05+ 6MT's burn a small amount of oil? I'm assuming you just decided to live with it and top her off every few thousand miles?

Thanks!

Yea, not going to do anything until you hit the "no good" category. So i'm gonna keep an eye on mine and have some oil handy to top if off when needed. Weak.
