So technically engines are producing same crank HP? why is it stated differently on all web sites?

ATs are just slow @ss slugs that have no business in the same sentence as performance!

Geez I don’t even know why people by those POS!!! Especially the sedans!

I'm surprised at the responses so far. Yes, they produce different HP and TQ values. The simple answer is the MT has the REVUP engine that has differences in at least the intake and probably cam timing (don't really know). As for if one is better than the other, well, now you can start doing your research.

the only difference is between a revup motor and non revup is the power drop off after its 6200rpm peak power. It has more linear drop off compared to non-revup's more drastic drop. At the same time they generally make less midrange tq. That is of coarse if you research.

he asked the diff between MT and AT... not revup vs non-revup... all MTs are not rev ups.

i'm sure it was a typo you meant to say all ATs are not rev ups.
