Both my 96 Maxima and 94 Z28 would cut out power when taking them into really hard manuvers with 1/8 tank of fuel. The G fuel tanks don't have baffles nor are designed for high G loads. You need to run more fuel to compensate for this.
are you applying brake and throttle at same simultaneously at any time in you cornering? Applying both on my car cuts power briefly – I’ve tried to get a mod to trick the ECU into not recognizing both are applied… it was on a list for a particular vendor/manufacturer but I don’t think it’s a priority right now…

What kind of turn is it. Is it a constant high speed constant turn or a tight one?
The only explanation that comes to my mind is PulsePlugs considering recent misfortunes that people have had with them. Try getting rid of those on ur next event before getting into deeper details.

here: several members having major issues with these plugs

I am fairly certain that it is just a lack of baffling and that it is a design issue with the car.
There have been no responses from anyone else about their experience when tracking the sedan, either confirming they've had the problem or not...
Again, this has never occurred to me on the street but was a real problem on the track where I was pulling higher lateral forces than I ever do on the street. Maybe I might pull a similar force once in a while on a highway ramp but it hasn't manifested the problem. I think it has to do with back and forth high lateral force cornering sloshing the contents of the tank wildly to one side or the other in a way that just doesn't happen on the street.

Common issue with G35/350z's. I guess it the way the fuel system is designed, but on tight corners where you have less than 1/4th fuel, the pump will struggle to keep the pressure constant due to low level and therefore you engine will not get enough fuel. If this happens, the engine goes into limp mode. I've had this happen at several track events.
Cornering
i have experienced this as well i was hoping to find an answer but im thinking do to the shape o the tank in hard right corners all the fuel shifts to the other side of the tank and it gets air for just a moment i know its not my VDC because i have disconnected my YAW sensor so it can not kick in
