Come on! One of you guys w/ 2 much money/time...

Hasn't anybody tried to put the Stillen Catback Dual Exhaust w/Xpipe for the 350Z on a G35 Coupe?

Forgive me, I know I'm making a lot of assumptions here, but, except for length, don't the G35c and the 350Z have similar if not identical exhausts? Two headers into two cats into a "Y" pipe and a single pipe back to a single muffler?

Won't the Stillen exhaust work with a simple extention between the Xpipe and the dual exhaust tubes?

Just speculating here....

And what about the upcoming "equal length long tube" headers they're going to make for the 350Z? Will that work on the G35c? Or does the "long tube" assume a "non streetable" car due to the removal of the stock Cats? (I wish the Feds would let us switch to "shorty" cats before 50K miles. I'll have a different, newer, car by then.)

I don't know about the full cat back system. I'm sure the tubing in the middle of the X part is shorter.

Garry at www.gruppe-s.com tried putting a 350z muffler onto a g35 coupe. He said it'll fit on fine, but the tail pipe tips are too short. You can always bring it to a muffler shop and have them extended.
