ANYONE SEEN THIS?

i got this email from grubbs infiniti with seom specials and they had a new arival section. in that there was a product from a company call splitsec. it's a fuel/timing calibrator. i guess you hook it up to your battery and computer, and you can hook a laptop to it and adjust everything i think. there website is www.splitsec.com , but go to grubbs website and see what i am talking about. they have it for $528. do you think this would be better than getting the ts ecu?

Re: ANYONE SEEN THIS?

That is what comes with the Vortech S/C kit if I am not mistaken.

If you are N/A the flash is better, if you are running FI, then this will allow more adjustability for timing and fuel.

The flash can raise rev limited/fuel cutoff, and many other things that cannot be controlled by the Split Second box. So, I would say both are good ideas, but it depends on the application.

BTW, I think anyone the goes FI, and does not pull timing is asking for an explosion....
