you guys should probably PM Marcus (candlestickpark) - I don’t think he monitors this thread much - this was an ancillary group buy thread, the primary one was in the premiere section.

Marcus, if you do come here - were you able to get a radiator cap? I'm having some stuff black chromed soon and need to go with another option if these aren’t available.

^Mike I haven't been able to reach Pi-Thon, I'll keep trying. When I was there picking up the caps I told them that there are a lot of people that want their products but they were difficult to get a hold of. I know they are at a transition point in their company but they could at least return phone calls, its very frustrating.

I just posted this over in the premier member thread:


Pi-Thon's numbers are still disconnected, owner isn't answering his cell or responding to my voice mails. Even though it is out of my control, I am very embarrassed that it has taken so long guys. Shane, Chris, looks like we'll need to make another trip to Pi-Thon. I'm pretty tied up until February, so we'll have to pick a Sat that works for all of us. I'll plan on leaving a message with them letting them know we are coming to pick up the rest of the caps and they need to call me if that day doesn't work for them. I have been very "stern" with them on my messages, reminding them that they we have already paid for these items and want our product ASAP. Again, sorry guys, I hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. Also I'll work on the getting the extra sets of polished caps, hose clamps, radiator cap, wrenches, AC caps, etc. that everyone is looking for once I finally get a hold of these guys!

 

I can’t speak for everyone, but no apologies needed as far as I'm concerned - you have gone above and beyond and are a saint for having the patience to deal with them (or try to).

Any news on this? I'm begining to think those of us who wanted colored caps are just azz out.
