which get more power the Race pipes or the Hi flow Cats

I was trying to figure out what would get more power race pipes or hi flow cats? I have an 07 G35 Sedan and I know Stillen makes the Hi flow cats but if the race pipes get more power then I'd rather get them but Im not sure if they available for my year. Can anyone help me?

US Felony violation to tamper with emission system especially in California where you must deal with CARB.

The answer is to accurately measure the back pressure just in front of the exhaust component you are considering to modify under loads and speeds..................each 2.0 psi of REAL backpressure reduction yields ~ 1.0 HP
