I would say that 1000cc injectors are a little overkill. Some 550's or 660's should be plenty adequate for you. As far as the UTEC being able to handle 1000 cc's, I have no idea.

I ran 440's on 8psi 405whp/399wtq for a year. 500-600 would be plenty.

Side note I just made 649/651 on 750's.
