best spark plugs and how much?

best spark plugs and how much?

im getting a tune up done tomorrow and having them check my valve cover gasket.....how much is it to get the plugs changed at a dealership versus somewhere like meineke or monroe??? and would i be better off trying to change the plugs myself...

Always important to use the exact same plugs that the engineers designed the engine around. Avoid any special performance plugs designed to confuse and take your money as high compression pentaroof combustion chambers are finicky.

NGK platinums are stock...and many here recommend iridiums. Any thoughts on this? I'm still debating on which ones to get also.

I use the NGK iridiums. Work great for me.

The platinum tips are great too.

Stock plugs are NGK PLFR5A11. Unless you have a lot of mods I would stick with those.
