Hi I am in Chicago and recently purchaced a G35S. I know its not many dealers to chose from here but how friendly are the service dept. In Particular, Lisle, Orland Park, Mid Town, and Glenview. I am looking to get thge TCM and maybe a sports suspension installed there.

 

Sounds like a lot to me. I go to Orland. I have quite a few mods and it doesn't seem to be a problem. The only warranty work that I have had done was my radio where I had actually connected the sat radio receiver myself to the system. The radio not working had nothing to do with the receiver but replacing the wrong part to begin with. I don't know what to tell you other than that. I am sure if I had engine problems they would take care and I do have an intake, plenum installed. But my latest problems with my engine seemed to be solved and they did a thorough check of everything ti get it solved. If this helps any. I just think that they are a little tired of seeing me there so much although me problems haven't gotten to be too huge. Lisle does have a very nice waiting from hwat I have hear but Orland's waiting area and showroom should be done in a week or two I think. That's important if you have to spend too much time in one like me.
