TS Flash - is this detectable by the dealer?

I thought I've read that it is not detectable, unless the dealer does a lot of poking around, which they are not likely to do unless they were on a witch hunt.

Re: TS Flash - is this detectable by the dealer?

I understand what technosquare says about it, but I was wondering if people had any real world dealer experience with it. Thanks,

No real world but my dealer says they wont be able to tell unless they change it out or you ask them too.

Yeah, TS says its not detectable. I read a post on here from a Infiniti or Nissan tech that said that they couldn't tell his car was reflashed.

One way to detect the mod is the higher redline/top speed.

One give-away that something is up is if the dealer attempts to flash your ECU... if your version is newer than theirs, it will not take.
