Tein H.TECH Springs vs. EIBACH G35 ProKit

I know many people have already probably asked this and it can be found everywhere in these forums. But what the hell (im at work and bored as sh**) I know everyone has an opinion on what ones to get (either for better handling or lowering effects). I also know about the problems with the balence and needing to buy a camber kit for around $500 but what can be done with either of the two spring sets in attempts to avoid spending the extra money?

Is it worth it to buy either one of these (and which one - opinions) without the camber kit? My interest is the lower the coupe but also keep a smooth ride. what are the best options for this? also if anyone has pictures of their cars with either the Tein H Springs or the EIBACH pro kit, if you could post those, that would be cool. thanks.

If you buy springs get the TEIN S-TECHs, they are better then the Eibachs. Normally if you are changing your springs then the ride is pretty much stiff. My ride is pretty good for that I changed my springs. The S-TECH kit in my opinion is the best drop around if you buy springs because it lowers the front and the rear just a bit. Perfect drop all around. You can buy them on the ebay. For $120. I wouldn't get the H-Tech springs because the drop I think is not really noticeable. Are you getting rims? If not go for the H-Techs.

yeah i want rims but i have no money. i heard the s-tech give a really stiff ride, (i heard this) but if your saying its not that bad i cant argue with that, i know they give a better drop 1.2 in front .9 in back compared to the h-tech .6 front .3 back but i heard the h-tech is a really smooth ride (almost stock like) and does anyone have the eibach prokit - do you like that?

ps - thanks for your input koz

No problem,

Are you looking forward to put on some wheels also? If so get the S-TECHs. The H-Tech's are gonna look not much different from stock ride I think. I mean I'm down for TEIN. Later on I am gonna install the flex on the coupe. All springs are actually gonna make your ride stiffer. My friend's Celica Gt-s has Eibach springs installed and he is really pissed off because it made his ride really stiff. But that might be just the celica. If ducatiadam says it's good then they are all about the same. Well I know that I am pretty much satisfied with my S-Tech's.

Thanks,

Chris

Check my profile for pix of my G droppped on Htechs w/ 18's. The ride is almost exact to stock & the drop is minimal but noticable plus no need for aftermarket camber kits. The drop is about an inch in the front & 3/4" in the rear.

Cruz, can you send me a pic of the side profile of your car on level ground. It's hard to see the rear of your car in these pics because of the shadow. Did you get your car re-aligned after the install? I would really appreciate it!

Re: Tein H.TECH Springs vs. EIBACH G35 ProKit

Well, here is my 2cents. I have the Eibach kit and love it. I lowered my sedan, as the 18'' rims didn't look as good without it. I love it, it gives the car a very aggressive look, and the handling is great! Here is a before and after. Sorry about the **** poor quality
