Engine spacer

I'm thinking about putting a spacer on! Need advice is it worth it???
Anybody has it installed on their car?
is it really true that it gives you more power?
Is it good for the engine to install the spacer on?
If yeah what size and brand would you go with?

Maybe any other not costly way to make my G faster???

Lot of info on this if you search. Basically, it is the best bang for the buck but not enough gains alone to make you any faster. Motordyne is the most popular.
