'04 g-sedan chirping noise

got a few questions here:

1. I'm getting a strange chirping noise when I brake and turn lightly. Heard some other g owners had this issues, anyone know what it is?

2. Whats the deal with the extended warranty on rust perforation of the doors? Does this qualify

3. Finally, the rubber linning on my sunroof is coming off and im afraid its going to leak. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Any help would be much appreciated

what mileage? out of warranty?

1. new brake pads
2. maybe - ask dealer
3. see #2 - otherwise any auto-glass place can fix.

is that whats making the noise, the brake pads? Also the car has 113000 km so its obviously out of the powertrain warranty. But on my owners manual it says perforation of rust on the doors is 10 years/unlimited mileage, so im wondering if anyone knows whether its covered.
