Thermostats are usually a 2 bolt removal- it seems the most likely first place to look since you have coolant in the car. Secondly, if that doesn't fix it, move up one step and look at a faulty sensor possibility-- a bad sensor can result in your engine running rich and unstable cabin and engine temps. If that doesn't fix it, look at the radiator core-- is it blocked. The next step is examining the water pump-- is it going bad, Finally, and this one requires you swallow first, check for exhaust in the cooling system to make sure it's not a blown head gasket.

So you basically move from least expensive and simplest to most expensive and complicated. Good Luck.
Ok I am checking the thermostat today.

The correct way to check the thermostat is to boil it and watch it if it opens correct?
Wouldn't the bad sensor show up on the OBD bc the only code I have is the p0113 which i do not think would cause engine running that much warmer. By Sensor you mean temperature sensor or other ones ? ( which ones )

In the repair manual it says that both hoses ( upper and lower ) should be hot to touch. Will check and get back to you guys.

I changed the thermostat and no effect. Still running tiny bit over. How do I check the Gauge or the temp sensor?

Hey guys! I finally did the E swap, I bought a kit on ebay for $80 and pronto! Kit includes two 15 or 16 inch fans ( cant remember which one ) mechanical thermostat all the wiring and fuses. Work time was around 5 hours, works great turns on around 175 degrees. I took some photos I will post DIY late on. Thanks for help!
