They probably under or over tightened the bolts holding the belts and it's causing it to squeak. Forget about the dealer, they screwed you once, don't let it happen again, easy DIY:

http://my350z.com/forum/engine-drive...very-easy.html

Buy belts for $30, DIY, pocket $170 and go buy your gf/wife something nice.

$200 to change the belts. That's rape. Even if you don't want to do them a local shop should charge half that...

Go to autozone and buy some belt dressing. I cant see your belts being bad already. Its very possible that the tension wasnt set properly either.

the only way to check if the belts are tightened properly is with a belt tension gauge. There are two kinds I know of; in my belt replacement video you can see the one I have (it's made by SPX/OTC and it's been a great performer).

if the belts are installed too tight, they will cause premature bearing wear where applicable.

Your belts should not be damp. That WILL cause them to squeal. Go to autozone and get this. Your problem will go away asap.

Also a pressing a bar of soap on the inside of the belt while its rotating helps also. Be very careful though.
