I just installed a motordyne 5/16 plenum spacer with the iso thermal gasket and a NISMO cold air intake and after a while my engine started overheating..if you have any idea what the problem could be please let me kno your input would be very much appreciated.

Did you disconnect any of your coolant lines that go to your plenum during the install? Hows the fluid level in your reservoir?

Make sure you didn't lose too much coolant.

You probably have air bubbles from installing the coolant bypass. bleed air out..

You have air and you probably lost coolant. You'll need to refill it.

btw what is up with the huge increase of coolant issue threads lately?

summer is coming...

Its weird...I have been having heating issues lately as well. Mine is running normal for the first 25 min then after that it will start to heat up so I have to turn off my AC. Its been 105* here in PHX lately. I think I need to try burping the system a different way than I have in the past.
