Quick Tranny Fluid Drain Fill Question

I want to go to the dealer and a drain and fill

How much would be a good price to pay?

I dont plan on drain and filling again for another 1000 miles. Is that okay? or do I have to do it again sooner?

and

how many times do I have to do it?

You can have this done at an independent shop for 25-30% less money. You will need to get the Nissan coolant tho-- no substitutions on this one (it will cost between $28-35 for 1 gallon) permitted. Total cost should be <$80, depending on where you live (NYC=>80: Van Horn TX=<$60.

I changed mine at 60K miles w/o problem. I'd follow the manual on this one tho. Did you mean 1000 miles or 10,000 or 100,000? Big difference!

Good luck.
