Well ive been posting about getting my mod's installed for about almost 3 weeks, but the guy at perf. motorsports (nissan) here in NY kept putting me off due to photoshoots with his SC and Turbo 350z's, new dyno being put in and other reasons!!
Anyway he promised me free dyno runs because I will be the first G35 on it and because he also kept me waiting for more than a month to get these installed and 2 free hours of labor on monday, now Im faced with a problem on wether to get the XERD test pipe's installed or not?? I dont want my car to sound so stupid like huge exhaust hondas and some people have said it sounds like that and others that it sounds good. Will it really free up that much more HP with the exhaust, intake and plenum? I heard test pipes on a 350z with exhaust and it sounded pretty normal, they werent resonated either.. I will be buying them from him on monday, the test pipes but am still undecided. I wish there were sound clips but cant find any... Any suggestions are appreciated! Thx. Martin
