burnt smell?

Stock 2003 G35 auto, had it for a couple years. Starting a few months ago, I started smelling something that can only be described as burnt hair whenever I floor it to get on the highway. It doesn't smell like exhaust, or electrical, etc. I never smell anything until it is floored completely, and even then the smell goes away entirely within a couple minutes. By the time I pull over and pop the hood, the smell is totally gone.

Everything else is fine with the car. Any ideas?

You ran someone over. Look for the remains under the car.
