Oxygen sensor issue please help

Oxygen sensor issue please help

i did a diagnostic and all four of my oxyen sensors are saying "heat sensor low"? I changed one of them and its still showing the same thing. i don't think its the oxygen sensors. Does anyone have an idea what it could be?

There are 2 downstream O2 sensors and 2 upstream. The downstream are heated for sure, and I believe the upstreams are as well, not sure cuz I haven't swapped those ones yet.

How many miles do you have on your car?

What year, etc...more info on the car and situation.

I PMed the OP the relevant section in the service manual for diagnosing those codes. It looks like a wiring issue and not the sensors. That makes the troubleshooting that much more difficult.
