Hotchskis Sport Coils + Sways..good combo or not?

Hey,

I know that there was a thread a couple weeks ago comparing Hotchskis and Stillen sways. They both seems good. I know that most people use the Eibach/Tein coils most of the time.

What I'm looking for is some input as to which to get out of these 2 options as upgrading the sways will be next on my TO DO list.

www.hopupracing.com has Hotchskis Sway and their sport coils for $389 and Stillen has their sways for $289 (which seem like a really good price!).....

Are the Hotchskis Sport Coils any good and worth the extra $100...?

(BTW, is there Stage 2 or 3? What do they mean by Stage 1?)

Thanks,
doc

I have the entire Hotchkis set up on my Chevelle. It is awesome...night and day difference. The Gs are alot newer so you may really be down to a quality issue and I feel that Hotchkis makes a great product. Some folks are getting mad that some of us are not keeping our cars true by using JDM parts but do what you feel...its your ride.

I prefer the Stillen sways for two reasons:
1. They have stoppers welded to the bar like a factory bar, almost no other aftermarket bar does this. This prevents the bar from moving side to side in its mounts.
2. Even though the percentage ratings say different, most people feel that the Stillen bars are stiffer than hotchis on the stiffest setting.
Hope that helps.

Congratulations! You have just won 1 million punches in the face!

What l like about Hotchkis, is that they race what they make(not to say the others don't). But I have always had good results with Hotchkis.
