Help on Service pricing?

I brought my 06 M35x that is out of basic warranty in for service.

Can you guys give me an idea on pricing? (Canadian dollars, $1.00 CAD = $0.93 USD approx)

$305 Fog lamp assy replacement (pass side busted lens)
$130 reprogram fobs / cut keys (2 keyfobs)
$259 AWD Differential fluid etc
$199 Drive Belts (cracked)
$119 Brake Fluid Flush (dirty)
$169 Emission Service
$275 Rotors resurfaced, lube, fluid etc (buildup of rust, not mating properly)

$240 Transmission Fluid Flush (dirty)
or
$540 Major Service incl ATF flush and fluids, battery check, wipers, air filter etc - don't think I need this)

with Major service $2300 +tax
with Trans flush only $2100 +tax

those include a few other things I had already talked to them about.

What should I do or not do for sure? Are the prices ok? What can I do elsewhere for less? etc...

Thanks!
