G35s use the ISO connector/protocol. There are several tools available to interface it with a pc. I'm not sure about the data you can collect, but I think it depends on the hardware/software you get. I bought one fairly cheaply a while back in a group buy, but haven't really used it much yet.

Get this to play with it's only like $100-120 bucks but it's a cool little tool I haven't had much time to use it but you can get a 1/4 mile time, dyno your car and get all kinds of data out of the software like intake temp's and all this other crap I don't even no about it's a nice lilttle tool. check it out here.
