I was concerned at first to, but come to find out that it's normal. Our clutch/flywheel is noisy. Mine's been doing that for as long as I've owned it. But, I have a habit of leaving it in 1st gear and having clutch depressed when I shut the engine off, so I don't hear it often.

normal. If you don't want to hear the sound, press your clutch in when turning off the car.

They'll tell you it's normal and nothing needs to be done.
