I'd love to change out the flywheel, but the whole throwing off the internal balancing thing just makes it too risky for me to do to my daily driver.

you're confusing the internal balancing issue of the crank pulley for the flywheel. There is no debate on the safety of the flywheel. The pulley is safe imo but others disagree.

Yes, I'd like to second Chuckd05. I've looked around and $1,150. is the cheapest I could find the Stillen exhaust.

Not really. Unless the dealer can prove the part caused a problem, warranty will be fine.
Now if a SC was installed, yea I would say its gone.
