I think mine is bad. It's the one located on the back left side of the engine compartment, attached to the upper plenum. It has one electrical connection and two hoses. One hose goes to the back of the car and another hose goes to the vacuum port next to the throttle body.

Anyone have a spare one or know the part #? I've found a couple different part #'s but not sure which one to get.
